Refund policy
Cancellation and withdrawal
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration (email or letter). The date of receipt of the withdrawal notice by the landlord is decisive for calculating the notice period.
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
a) Up to and including 15 days before the agreed rental start date: Full refund of the rental price already paid.
b) From 14 days before the agreed rental start date: No refund; the full rental price is payable even in case of no-show.A booking fee that has already been paid is non-refundable in any case.
The security deposit will always be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, provided that the landlord has no other claims.
The tenant is expressly advised that taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended to cover the risk of short-notice cancellation.
In the event of officially ordered travel bans, natural disasters or other events of force majeure that make arrival or use of the rental property impossible, the tenant will be offered, at the landlord's discretion, a free rebooking or a refund of the rental price already paid.
